Active Learning Experiences
High-energy, game-based challenges that pave the road for important dialogue. Our ‘ALE’s are fun, low-stake activities and scenario work to help teams see how they move when things tighten, and surface where the opportunities for stronger connection and cleaner moves exist.
Practice Labs
This is where habits get re-wired. Practice Labs provide the reps on saying what’s true and regulating under stress. The Lab is where you warm up new moves - “first pancakes”- that are meant to help you find the feel and be ready for the real thing!
Facilitated Conversations
The conversations that align the system: operational infrastructure, tension points, and missed expectations. We facilitate the 'crunchy' conversations and structural audits that restore trust and get people back on the same page.
